- Delivered: Shipment has been successfully delivered to receiver.
- Address/Contact Issue: Undelivered due to CONCERNED CUSTOMER/PERSON NOT AVAILABLE at destination city
- Refuse: Undelivered due to CUSTOMER /CONSIGNEE REFUSING TO ACCEPT DELIVERY at destination city
- Payment: Undelivered due to CONTENTS NOT MATCHING WITH CUSTOMER INVOICE at destination city
- Future Delivery: Undelivered due to CUSTOMER REQUESTED ANOTHER DATE OF DELIVERY. Will attempted the delivery again.
